Nick Buchanan (Managing Director) - over the years Nick has been involved with many large, and sometimes high profile, companies. He has amassed a vast knowledge of the problems these companies experience and he knows exactly how to deal with these problems, quickly, effectively and discreetly.

Jamie Buchanan (Assistant Managing Director) expertise lies with creating new companies from old. Spending time with the company, finding out where its strengths and weaknesses lie, will advise on the best course of action to take. Unfortunately, this does sometimes mean dissolving the old company and forming a new company (utilising the strengths from the old company).

Nicholas Riley MBA, FCA - although initially trained as a Chartered Accountant, has expanded his skill set s to general management and marketing. Varied experience ranging from senior management in FTSE 100 environment, to board level in a number of SME’s. Nicholas excels in profit improvement in a wide range of industries.

Ken Ward ( Consultant ) Having run several small to medium sized Businesses over the years, Ken knows the problems that may occur and is only too well aware of the fact that these problems will notgo away by themselves. He is dedicated to helping companies find a solution and understands thatcash flow problems and creditor pressure can be quite daunting.

Steve Rowley ( Consultant ) Steve has owned and run a cross section of businesses from wholesale to retail, and right through the leisure industry, from restaurants, health clubs and public houses. He adds a wealth of experience to the team and is dedicated to finding a quick and speedy solution, to what is often a very stressful and at times, lonely situation.

Legal support team - the team are dedicated to looking after their client’s financial and personal welfare as soon as they are assigned. They will provide a sympathetic, discreet and confidential advice and support service. They are totally committed to working in the client’s best interests which includes negotiating with creditors, banks etc to try and resolve issues outside of court. They will do their upmost to alleviate the pressures and to resolve the client’s situation as quickly as possible.
